Grad Nite Sponsor Packages

How Can Our Community Help?

 

We are looking for sponsors to help offset costs and keep our ticket price low for our students! To that end, we are making the following sponsorship package available in the hopes of finding special community partners to help make our fundraising goals a reality.

 

 

Gold Sponsor 

Requested Donation of $5,000

 

We will feature the sponsor’s name and logo on: 

 

1. Banner displayed prominently on the fence of Westview High School facing Camino Del Sur, so all passing traffic can see the support of our sponsor

2. Banner in the Stadium 

3. “Thank you to our Sponsor” Ad in the Westview Nexus Newspaper 

4. Acknowledgments on Westview PTSA website, Instagram, and Facebook pages, with links to the sponsor website 

5. Other opportunities for acknowledgement at school events and fundraising activities (For example, Westview Grad Nite Committee is confirmed to hold a silent auction on December 4 at Knotty Barrel restaurant in Rancho Penasquitos - signature sponsor will be acknowledged, allowing reach to community members outside of Westview; On December 17 &18, we will be having a bake sale on Christmas Card Lane, at the home of a parent on  the corner of Oviedo and Twin Trails. This will get a lot of foot traffic, and sponsors names will be prominently displayed )

6. Gold Sponsors will also be invited to a special meet and greet with Westview High School Principal Ernie Remillard for the presentation of an acknowledgement plaque, with coverage by the Nexus and the opportunity for the sponsor to share coverage to their website and social media.

Requested Donation of $2,500
