About the Westview PTSA Student Club
Our mission is to support PTSA programs and Westview needs by volunteering and to encourage volunteering in our school as well as in the community. All Westview students, 9th through 12th grade, are welcome to join. We meet monthly in Mrs. Oydna's room (L101).

A) We have club meetings every last Thursday of the month - but be sure to follow us on Instagram for updates
B) We encourage all members to volunteer with other clubs as well as in our local community & help volunteer at our own PTSA events
C) To encourage volunteering, we offer the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (applications will be out in Feb 2025 and due March 2025)
Requirements for the PVSA:
i) Be a Westview PTSA current 2024-25 member ($15)
ii) Attend at least 1 PTSA student Club meeting
iii) Volunteer for at least 1 PTSA Student Club Volunteer event
iv) Turn in the PVSA application online by the March due date (more info in the Spring)

Volunteer Opportunities
Club members represent the club by volunteering at PTSA and school events including:

Welcome Week - August (week before school starts)

Staff Welcome Breakfast (day before school starts)

Student/Staff Recognition Awards Ceremony - (Wednesday morning event in January and May)

Mental Wellness and Connections events

Executive Club Positions

Coordinating with PTSA for events
